Our client is hiring a Shop Attendant to support skincare and beauty product sales.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for assisting customers with product selection and driving sales of beauty and skincare items. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for beauty, is highly presentable, and is comfortable engaging with customers both in-person and on social media platforms like TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with skincare and beauty product selection, offering tailored recommendations.
Engage actively with customers to upsell and successfully close sales.
Participate in creating social media content, particularly appearing on TikTok to showcase products.
Keep the shop well-organized, clean, and properly stocked.
Drive sales targets and contribute to daily shop operations.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, beauty, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and upselling abilities.
Personal Attributes: Confident, presentable, passionate about beauty and skincare, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Additional: A Police Clearance Certificate is an added advantage.
