Generations Electronics and Allied Ltd, a Platinum Safaricom dealer, is looking for a passionate Shop Assistant to join their team in Embu. The company is a leading IT shop specializing in top-quality electronics and accessories, including smartphones, laptops, TVs, IoTs, and household appliances. With over 22 branches, the company also offers services like M-Pesa agent lines, bulk airtime, bulk payment, and internet connectivity solutions.
Role Overview
If you are passionate about customer service, sales, and making an impact, this is your chance to join a dynamic retail environment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales for a variety of electronic products, and providing support for Safaricom-related services.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries regarding smartphones, laptops, and home appliances.
Drive sales of high-quality electronics and accessories.
Facilitate Safaricom services such as M-Pesa transactions, bulk airtime, and payment solutions.
Assist clients with internet and connectivity setup and queries.
Maintain the shop's organization and appearance to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
A genuine passion for customer service and sales.
A proactive attitude with a desire to make a positive impact.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in electronics retail is an added advantage.
