Shop Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Shop Assistant to join our team in Kitui. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and making a meaningful impact in a retail environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors at the shop.
• Assist customers in choosing the right electronics and accessories based on their needs.
• Support sales of smartphones, laptops, and household appliances.
• Facilitate telecommunications services such as M-Pesa and internet connectivity solutions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop environment is welcoming and professional.
