Shop Assistant

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in selecting the right electronics and accessories.
• Promote and sell a wide range of products including smartphones, laptops, TVs, and household appliances.
• Manage Safaricom services such as M-Pesa transactions and agent line services.
• Ensure the shop is well-organized and products are attractively displayed.
• Assist with daily shop operations and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in technology and electronic gadgets.
• Ability to work effectively in a retail environment.
• Must be able to provide a handwritten application letter.
