Generations Electronics and Allied Ltd, a Platinum Safaricom dealer and premier IT shop, is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Shop Assistants. If you are enthusiastic about customer service, sales, and retail, this is a great opportunity to work with a company that offers top-quality electronics and accessories, including smartphones, laptops, TVs, and IoT solutions.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
Promote and sell electronics, accessories, and Safaricom services (M-Pesa, airtime, etc.).
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the retail shop.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain an organized and well-presented store environment.
Requirements
A genuine passion for customer service and sales.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
A proactive attitude and a desire to make an impact in the retail space.
Willingness to learn about technical products and Safaricom services.
