ServiceNow SecOps / IRM Architecture Lead - Africa

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical architecture of ServiceNow SecOps and IRM engagements across the Africa region.
• Ensure pre-delivery governance to maintain the credibility of KPMG’s ServiceNow implementations.
• Design solutions that are compliant with ServiceNow reference architectures.
• Protect deal quality and KPMG's standing as an Elite Partner through rigorous technical oversight.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical ServiceNow implementation within the GRC and Security space.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical Experience: Minimum of 8 years of technology experience, with at least 4 years specifically focused on ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Certifications:
  • Required: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, or Risk and Compliance.
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• Sector Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow SecOps or IRM implementations for enterprise-level clients.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and their application within ServiceNow IRM.
