As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance: Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
Operations Conduct: Conduct all activities in line with non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
Operations Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and monitor all job activities outlined in the MTJC across organizational boundaries.
Resource Dispatching: Handle the scheduling and dispatching of resources and field personnel in line with job requirements to provide effective support.
Client Management: Manage client relationships by serving as the primary contact for job preparation, execution, and closeout.
Issue Escalation: Ensure prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure client objectives are successfully met.
Financial Oversight: Ensure assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood, and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with equivalent work experience).
Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and coordinate field personnel.
Successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.
