We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Nairobi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of service contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.
Role Overview
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for protecting the health and safety of personnel and the environment. You will ensure that all assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, while coordinating and monitoring all job activities across organizational boundaries as outlined in the MTJC.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance: Protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment. Conduct all activities in line with company non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
Activity Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor all job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure alignment with standard operating procedures.
Resource Management: Responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of resources in accordance with specific job requirements.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding job preparation, execution, and close-out. Manage these relationships to ensure ongoing business success.
Risk Management: Familiarize yourself with client-specific Management of Change (MOC) and escalation processes. Ensure proper protocols are followed when there is a risk of not achieving objectives, such as requests to operate outside product specifications.
Financial Diligence: Ensure all invoicing is accurate and aligned with contracts/quotes to prevent revenue leakage and ensure timely cash collection.
Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate issues that may impact service delivery and oversee project coordination efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BA, BSc, or HND degree.
Experience: While specific years are not mandated, candidates should demonstrate competence in project or service coordination.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, client management capabilities, and a deep commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
