Role Overview
Nakuru County Government is looking for Senior Support Staff to join the team. This position is vital for the daily smooth operation of government offices. The role involves a variety of manual and administrative support tasks, ranging from maintaining cleanliness to handling mail and hospitality duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
Office Maintenance: Ensure all assigned general office areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
Clerical Support: Responsible for the collection and dispatching of office mails and documents.
Hospitality: Prepare and serve beverages to staff and official guests.
Office Equipment: Perform operations on basic office equipment as instructed.
Facility Management: Ensure the safe custody and security of office facilities and assets.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D (Plain) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
