Job Description
The Senior Support Staff role at the County Government of Kitui is a Permanent and Pensionable full-time position focused on providing essential logistical and administrative support to maintain an efficient office environment.
Salary Scale
Ksh. 16,870 x 550 – 17,420 x 580 – 18,000 x 580 – 18,580 x 640 – 19,220 p.m.
Duties and Responsibilities
The appointed Senior Support Staff will be responsible for the following key duties:
Ensuring general office cleanliness.
Collecting and dispatching mails.
Preparing and serving beverages.
Operating basic office equipment.
Ensuring safe custody of the office facilities.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Be a Citizen of Kenya.
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCE) Division IV or Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D (Plain) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
