Role Overview
Indepth Research Services (IRES) is seeking a Senior Real Estate Market Research & Hospitality Specialist to lead comprehensive market research, demand forecasting, competitor analysis, and hospitality assessments. This role is crucial for determining market opportunities and commercial viability for real estate and hospitality developments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous market and demand assessments.
Undertake competitor benchmarking and customer segmentation analysis.
Analyze pricing, occupancy rates, and prevailing market trends.
Prepare robust demand forecasts and market positioning strategies.
Contribute essential findings and analysis to the overall project feasibility study.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Education: PhD in Real Estate and Property Management, Economics, Hospitality Management, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline is also required.
Professional Qualifications: CMRA, CFSP, MRS Membership or equivalent credentials.
Experience: A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in real estate and hospitality market research, demand forecasting, and feasibility studies.
