About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our growing Commercial Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on business development, negotiations, and closing deals. You will work closely with landlords, developers, investors, and corporate clients to market and lease commercial properties, while building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across Nairobi.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure commercial leasing opportunities.
- Advise landlords and corporate clients on commercial property solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease transactions.
- Build a strong pipeline through networking and business development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate occupiers.
- Identify new commercial property listings and bring them to market.
- Stay informed on market trends, rental values, and commercial property activity.
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing commercial leasing team to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate sales, financial services, banking, commercial real estate, or B2B business development.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify, build, and convert business opportunities.
- Excellent networking and client acquisition abilities.
