Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end React applications ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and visually appealing.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend REST APIs and collaborate with back-end developers on API design.
• Utilize Tailwind CSS for responsive and visually consistent designs.
• Implement application routing using Tanstack Router and manage data fetching via Tanstack Query.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilize version control systems (Git) and maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Guide and mentor junior developers in a collaborative development environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end engineers.
• Apply robust UX/UI patterns to create user-friendly, intuitive interfaces.
• Ensure applications follow accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG/ARIA).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
• In-depth knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with modern libraries: Tailwind CSS, Tanstack Router, and Tanstack Query.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and data fetching techniques.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and Git version control.
• Knowledge of testing libraries like Jest or React Testing Library.
• Understanding of modern accessibility standards such as WCAG and ARIA.
