Role Overview

The Senior Medical Claims Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing medical claims management operations, ensuring processing accuracy, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and high standards of service excellence in a high-volume environment.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management).
• Additional certifications in claims management, insurance, or related fields are preferred.
• 8 years' experience in the insurance industry, especially within claims management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume claims environment.
• Decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
