Senior Manager: Technology Governance, Resilience & Corporate IT

Role Overview

The Senior Manager: Technology Governance, Resilience & Corporate IT is responsible for the end-to-end execution of technology governance, security-by-design, operational resilience, and corporate IT services across the Cellulant Group.

Reporting directly to the Head of Platform Engineering, this role ensures that technology platforms and corporate IT services are secure, reliable, compliant, and resilient. It embeds governance and control frameworks into daily operations and leads the implementation and adoption of current and future ISO certifications across the organization.

• Finance & People & Culture: Budgeting, onboarding/offboarding, workforce enablement
• Risk & Audit Forums: Technology risk posture and remediation progress

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Governance & Risk Execution: Implement and maintain the Technology Risk & Governance Framework. Translate standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, PCI-DSS, GDPR) into engineering standards and control procedures. Track technology risks and audit findings, and lead internal/external audits.
• Security by Design & Control Implementation: Drive effective execution of security controls across IAM lifecycle, endpoint security, and cloud environments. Coordinate technology-led incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Operational Resilience & Service Management: Mature IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Capacity Management). Own disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity readiness.
• Corporate IT & End-User Services: Provide operational leadership for Corporate IT across all regions. Standardize onboarding/offboarding, manage collaboration tools (Google Workspace, M365), and optimize corporate IT budgets.
• Vendor & Financial Management: Manage IT vendors, ensure SLA adherence, manage IT budgets, and partner with Finance on forecasting and cost optimization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop corporate IT and governance-focused technology teams across multiple countries, fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Relevant professional certifications:
  • IT Governance/Security: CISM, CISA, CRISC.
  • IT Service Management: ITIL v4 Expert or Master.
  • Compliance: Certifications or extensive experience with ISO 27001, 22301, 20000, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
