About the Role
As the Head of Product & Engineering, you will lead the execution, delivery, and management of our live customer-facing platform environments. This role bridges the gap between our engineering and commercial teams, driving the growth and stability of our integration-heavy SaaS and fintech solutions.
Required Profile
Experience: 5+ years in product, engineering, delivery, technical operations, or platform execution roles.
Leadership: Experience leading people, squads, workstreams, or delivery teams (even if not yet at a large-company head-of-function level).
Environment: Experience working in a live customer-facing platform environment.
Collaboration: Experience working closely with engineering teams and business/commercial teams.
Domain Knowledge: Experience with SaaS, fintech, InsurTech, marketplace, payments, lending, agency banking, platform operations, or integration-heavy environments.
Technical and Delivery Capability
Understands APIs, integrations, and basic distributed-system issues.
Ability to read system diagrams and integration flows.
Solid understanding of release management, QA, rollback, monitoring, and incident response.
Ability to ask engineers practical questions and challenge respectfully.
Can distinguish between product issues, engineering issues, support issues, user-training issues, and partner-side issues.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical teams.
