The Senior Manager Digital Financial Services (CSME) is responsible for the end-to-end journey from ideation to commercialization of Retail Digital financial Services targeting the CSME (Consumer and Small & Medium Enterprises) sector. This role entails designing and delivering working distribution models that support digital channel availability, accessibility, and visibility. The role holder will drive channel development and adoption across Retail pillars, including Lending, trade, and cash management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth: Drive business growth targets across Retail Digital Solutions propositions by identifying and closing strategic partnerships and developing customer acquisition strategies to achieve Revenue, Volume, and Value targets (DAU - Daily Active Users and ARPU - Average Revenue Per Customer).
Strategy & Design: Strategically conceive, design, and deliver best-in-class route-to-market and commercial sales tool kits for all digital innovations and product enhancements.
Customer Insights: Use customer insights and market deep knowledge to develop customer acquisition programs for all digital product innovations and enhancements.
Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to deliver the bank’s digital strategic play, including acquisition plans, rules of engagement, sales processes, route to market, and digital marketing.
Operations & Support: Manage CVM (Customer Value Management), toolkits, CX support, training manuals, and key performance metrics for new digital products/enhancements.
Leadership: Act as a forward-thinking, data-driven problem solver, navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders to deliver under demanding timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
Academic: A University Degree (Second Upper or Equivalent) in a Business-related field (Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Administration). A Master’s degree is desired.
Experience: 6-8 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Relationship/Account Management or an equivalent role.
Analytical Skills: Experience working with large data sets and analytics expertise is an added advantage.
Marketing & Sales: Experience in digital sales and social media marketing is an added advantage.
Relationship Management: Experience in managing agent relationships is an added advantage.
Strategy Formulation: Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and execute sales strategies that result in business growth.
