This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who can lead talent acquisition, strengthen employee engagement, drive performance management, ensure HR compliance, and partner with business leaders to support organizational growth.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes\n* Strengthen employee engagement and relations\n* Drive performance management systems\n* Ensure HR compliance and adherence to Kenyan labour legislation\n* Coordinate learning and development initiatives\n* Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and HR strategy\n\n### Requirements\n* 5–7 years of progressive HR experience\n* Supervisory leadership experience\n* A valid IHRM Practicing Certificate\n* Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour legislation\n* Experience across recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management\n* BA/BSc/HND qualification\n* Professional Certificate
