Job Description
Visa is looking for a Senior Consulting Manager to help deepen client relationships and optimize performance by assisting them in designing and assessing their payments strategy. You will implement initiatives to capture full potential from enhancing customer engagement. This role involves leading consulting initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and developing analytical frameworks to address impactful challenges. You will work within a matrixed organization, partnering with global and regional teams to leverage Visa's resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients.
Engage in regular strategic and planning discussions, cultivating and managing a pipeline of analytic work.
Develop analytical frameworks, approaches, solutions, and data-led strategies that address impactful opportunities and challenges.
Partner with peers in other functional areas and across global regional teams to execute projects using the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.
Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance and boost growth.
Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, best practice documents, and consulting approaches that can be applied across VCA practices.
Lead team to provide knowledge sharing, coaching, and training as an analytics subject matter expert.
Oversee multiple workstreams and project delivery, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of banking operations including products, services, business systems, processes, and marketing initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
Demonstrated leadership, managerial, and collaboration capabilities, particularly in a matrixed organization.
Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a focus on impacting ROI.
Previous experience in banking and strategy consulting is highly preferred.
Excellent client relationship management skills and executive presence.
