The Senior Assistant Registrar (HR) is responsible for a broad range of human resource functions within the University's HR department. This role involves managing staff records, utilizing ERP systems, and providing secretariat support to various committees.\n\n### Responsibilities\n* Executing general human resource duties within the University's HR department.\n* Managing staff matters and the administration of human resource records.\n* Utilizing the University's ERP system for efficient HR management.\n* Serving as the secretariat for various departmental committees.\n* Participating in university-wide functions and events.\n* Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.\n\n### Requirements\n* Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution.\n* Higher National Diploma in a relevant field.\n* A minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience.\n* High proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).\n* Active membership in a relevant professional body.\n* Possession of a relevant Professional Qualification and a practicing license (CHRP).\n* Completion of Senior Management and Leadership training lasting not less than six (6) weeks.\n\n### Terms of Service\nThis position is offered on permanent and pensionable terms. Remuneration will be as per the current University policies and regulations.
