The Security Operations Auditor will be responsible for conducting security audits for high-value clients across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. The role involves undertaking Threat and Risk Analysis (TRA) of high-value clients to mitigate enterprise risks through proactive field assessments. You will also perform analysis of dissatisfied client case studies to ensure service improvement.
Responsibilities
Security Auditing: Conduct security audits for high-value clients across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
Analysis: Undertake analysis of dissatisfied client case studies to identify root causes and improve service delivery.
Risk Assessment: Conduct Threat and Risk Analysis (TRA) for high-value clients to mitigate enterprise risks via proactive field assessments.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise with various departments to ensure the time-bound closure of client issues and liquidation of pending agendas.
Site Inspections: Carry out surprise inspections at sites to monitor the quality of work performed by technicians.
Requirements
Education: Possession of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in security operations.
Certification: Must hold a certification in security auditing (e.g., CPP - Certified Protection Professional or an equivalent qualification).
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regional security regulations in the East African region.
Audit Skills: Expertise in security auditing, risk assessment, and data analysis for root cause analysis.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
