Job Description
ManPower Services Group is a multinational human resource consulting firm seeking to recruit a Secretary based in Nairobi. The role requires a professional individual capable of providing comprehensive secretarial support and managing essential office functions, including statutory compliance. ### Responsibilities and Duties
Provide professional secretarial and administrative support within the office.
Manage and ensure compliance with statutory payroll deductions, specifically NSSF and SHIF (Social Health Insurance Fund) payments.
Utilize internet-based tools and research to maintain office efficiency.
Handle professional documentation and correspondence.
Maintain high standards of office organization and records management. ### Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum qualification of a BA/BSc/HND.
Training: Full Secretarial training is mandatory.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a professional setting. Prior experience working as a secretary in an Audit firm is highly desirable and will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of the internet and familiarity with payroll deduction systems (NSSF, SHIF, etc.). ### Additional Requirements
Religious Affiliation: The candidate should be a Christian.
