Role Overview
The School Principal will provide strategic leadership in academic and administrative operations, championing innovative curriculum implementation and driving educational impact.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership in academic and administrative operations.
Champion innovative implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE).
Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high standards.
Cultivate strong relationships with parents, the community, and education stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field.
At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
Added Advantage: Familiarity with various national and international curricula.
