Job Description
Solvo is seeking a Scheduler to join their team. This role is responsible for coordinating caregivers and managing daily schedules while providing exceptional administrative support. You will serve as a vital link between caregivers, clients, and management to ensure seamless operations within the caregiving services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly assistance to all stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison between caregivers, clients, and the Office Manager.
Receive and process service referrals with high accuracy.
Schedule and coordinate daily caregiver assignments effectively.
Verify timesheets, update telephony records, and support payroll activities.
Maintain complete and updated caregiver personnel files using the ClearCare system.
Perform general office tasks and various administrative duties as required.
Support recruiting efforts including interviewing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new staff.
Handle on-call duties as needed to ensure continuous service coverage.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while multitasking under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Office Experience: Ideally 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
Specialized Experience: At least 1+ year of experience specifically as a Scheduler or Scheduling Coordinator.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
Communication: Fluent English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) for professional communication.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, ClearCare (or similar), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Skills and Competencies
Experience coordinating caregivers and managing complex daily schedules.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and resolve issues quickly.
Strong administrative background in timesheet verification and record management.
