As a Sales Team Lead at Bolt, you will have a clear understanding of key business goals and actively manage partners to generate long-term value for partners and the platform. In addition, you will be tasked with managing the sales team to ensure a healthy pipeline of new providers to the platform. You will be a strong team player willing to drive local execution of global projects or act as the Country Manager’s right hand in managing business priorities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee restaurant sales acquisition performance, efficiency, and key metrics for sales team members, ensuring targets are met.
Recruit, build, coach, and constantly train sales teams in selling strategy, product knowledge, presentation skills, and relevant soft/hard skills.
Lead by example and negotiate and close important deals.
Evaluate and supervise expansion opportunities into new cities, ensuring correct supply to generate necessary demand.
Create and constantly improve Bolt Food’s Sales Playbook and sales materials.
Create the sales strategy for the market: partner masterplans, lead generation, main partners, marketing actions, profitability, and priorities.
Identify and remove blockers to growth while working on ad-hoc Bolt Food sales projects.
Rethink workflows and look for innovative ways to improve team performance.
Manage and constantly improve sales tools.
Achieve growth and hit country sales targets by successfully managing team and individual sales pipelines.
Design and implement a country sales plan/strategy that expands Bolt Food’s customer base.
Identify market shifts and opportunities while remaining fully aware of new products and competitive status.
Occasionally cover or manage teams from other Food departments and support the Country Manager in overall country-wide strategy and results.
Requirements & Qualifications
BS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles.
At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
Strong analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.
High drive and resilience when overcoming daily obstacles.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Passion for new technologies and food tech.
Highly organized with a track record of delivering on time.
Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities with diverse stakeholders.
