As a Sales Representative for Networking Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the full cycle of sales in the East African Market, identifying market potential, and pursuing growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Market Growth: Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your technical sales experience in IoT and networking. Find potential leads and reach out to new clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
Representation: Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Networking Solutions and its products.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Requirements and Experience
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Technical Background: Proven Technical and Sales Experience in IoT focusing on Networking solutions.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong B2B active client acquisition and relationship management skills.
A "hunter" mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Organized, results-oriented, challenge-driven, and highly self-motivated.
Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions independently.
