Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the best tech products, answer inquiries, and manage on-site and online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations & Sales
Welcome and assist customers professionally
Recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and gadgets based on customer needs
Explain product features, specifications, warranties, and promotions
Upsell accessories, protection plans, and complementary products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on customer inquiries and leads
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
Shop Presentation & Inventory Management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
Ensure products are properly displayed and priced
Monitor stock levels and report low stock items
Assist in stock counts and inventory management
Ensure demo devices are functioning properly
Support opening and closing procedures
Online Sales & Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, calls, and SMS
Assist with online order processing and customer follow-ups
Create simple product videos or content when required
Encourage customer reviews and referrals
Ensure accurate invoicing and receipt issuance
Follow company policies and operational procedures
