About the Role
As a Sales Mobilizer at Generations Techzone, your primary responsibility will be to stand outside or around the shop, actively engage passersby, and confidently direct them into the store. You will represent the brand, introduce current promotions, and help increase daily foot traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Stand outside or around the shop and actively engage passersby
Invite potential customers into the store professionally and confidently
Explain current offers, promotions, and featured products
Create excitement and visibility around the shop
Help increase daily foot traffic and customer inquiries
Start friendly conversations with potential customers
Build customer interest and direct customers to the appropriate sales staff inside the shop
Answer basic customer questions regarding products and offers
Encourage customers to visit the shop
Represent the brand in a professional and energetic manner
Maintain excellent grooming and personal presentation
Wear company branding or uniform properly
Maintain a positive, respectful, and welcoming attitude at all times
Assist during activations, launches, roadshows, and promotions
Help distribute flyers or promotional materials where necessary
Encourage customers to follow brand social media pages and promotions
Support content creation or simple customer videos when requested
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, Diploma, or First School Leaving Certificate
