Job Description
Sheer Logic Management Consultants (SLMC) is seeking to recruit dynamic and results-oriented Internet Sales Executives (Home Broadband) to be based in Nakuru. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, ensuring proper onboarding and compliance, and supporting sales initiatives within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure compliance to customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and customer education on top-ups.
Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned area.
SLA Tracking: Track adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on acquisition and onboarding.
Device Recovery: Recover devices from non-compliant customers.
Customer Support: Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
Escalations: Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at the first level, as well as network issues.
Reporting & Analysis: Collate target achievements daily, track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets, prepare dashboards for weekly reviews, and compile ad-hoc reports as required.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activities.
Customer Insights: Provide customer insights, identifying and suggesting products or services that will meet their needs.
Marketing Activities: Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives including roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.
1+ years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry (desired but not mandatory).
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the competitive landscape, device offerings, packages, commission schemes, etc.
Tech-savvy: Understanding of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
Resilience and the ability to deliver against stretch targets.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
