The successful candidate will oversee and integrate sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and supply chain logistics operations to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Drive revenue growth and profitability.
Develop new markets and distribution channels.
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
Lead and manage the sales and logistics teams.
Oversee order fulfillment and product distribution.
Optimize logistics and transportation operations.
Monitor inventory availability and product movement.
Develop pricing and promotional strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales forecasts and departmental budgets.
Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Collaborate with production and finance departments.
Prepare departmental performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management.
Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Proven experience in the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated sales leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of logistics management.
Proficiency with ERP systems and budget management.
