At Human Capital Outsourcing Limited, the Sales & Marketing Executive role is focused on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing the end-to-end sales process. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Support sales initiatives through client presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and documentation for customer accounts.
Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Assist with marketing campaigns including digital and offline promotions.
Support creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and product content.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles; experience in industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing capabilities.
Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer engagement.
