Job Description About the Role
Sheth Naturals is seeking dedicated In-store Merchandisers to be based in Kakamega. This role is central to driving the brand's presence in retail environments by engaging directly with customers and ensuring products are prominently displayed and promoted. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively engage walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products.Sales Performance: Drive daily and monthly sales targets to meet business objectives.Merchandising: Maintain product visibility and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked.Product Advocacy: Provide accurate and helpful product knowledge to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.Skills: Strong communication and customer engagement skills.Personal Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, reliable, and professional appearance.Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.Availability: Must be available to work full-time in assigned stores.
