Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for the product portfolio, including Ballast, Aggregates, Cabros, Building Blocks, Asphalt Concrete, and Precast items.
• Business Development: Identify and secure high-value opportunities within the construction, real estate, and public infrastructure sectors.
• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, transporters, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor regional trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to ensure competitive advantage.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and drive the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, departmental budgets, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and 100% client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in sales management, specifically within the quarry, construction materials, cement, or manufacturing industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Kenyan construction and building materials market.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a sales team and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Logistics: A valid driving license is a significant advantage.
