Our client, a construction firm, is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary: KES 80,000 – 150,000 per month
Sales Commission: 1% – 3% based on sales performance
Other Benefits: Annual Bonus, Fuel Allowance, Communication Allowance, and Business Entertainment Reimbursement.
