About the Role

Africa Merchant Assurance Company Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Management Trainees (SMT). This program is designed to provide full mentorship support to help entry-level professionals launch a successful career in general insurance. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in untapped markets.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Degree in Actuarial Science from a recognized Kenyan university (graduated within the last 5 years).

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: High energy, self-driven, and eager to learn.
