We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team in Nairobi. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in daily activities, including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in daily activities, including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations.
Assist in sales campaigns, and learn and apply sales techniques.
Coordinate with customers to enhance their experience.
Participate in training sessions to develop skills in sales and customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively.
Knowledge or interest in Sales and Sales Management practices.
Willingness to participate in Training and skill development initiatives.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for learning.
Proficiency in basic computer applications is a plus.
Education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
