The Sales Growth Executive is responsible for defining and driving QSSK’s sales growth strategy, focusing on revenue generation, market expansion, and business development. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will identify new opportunities, build a resilient sales pipeline, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market share in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with QSSG’s mission and vision.
Identify new market opportunities and establish market entry strategies.
Lead initiatives to maximize revenue, diversify services, and expand the customer base.
Business Development & Sales Leadership
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Design client acquisition and retention strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
Establish and manage partnerships with government entities, multinationals, and regional partners.
Data-Driven Growth & Market Insights
Use data analytics and market research to gather insights and adjust strategies.
Track KPIs to monitor growth initiative effectiveness.
Apply customer segmentation to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Technology, Customer, People, and Finance teams to align growth strategies, introduce new services, and support financial planning.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or CRM are an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years in sales, business development, account management, or commercial operations.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Experience in market expansion, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships.
Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, technology, or service industries is an added advantage.
