Reeds Africa Consult (RAC) is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in HR Software. This role is focused on driving the growth of HR technology solutions by identifying potential clients, demonstrating product value, and closing sales. Reeds Africa Consult offers a broad scale of Human Resource services designed to provide professional support for the growing needs of today’s corporate organizations, covering the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to compliance audits.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and industry events.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct demos and presentations of HR software products to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Solution Advisory: Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate HR tech solutions that address their specific needs.
Proposal Development: Develop tailored proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical and solutions teams.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for subscriptions, licenses, or usage.
Account Management: Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to encourage renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the product development team to relay market feedback for continuous improvement.
CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding leads, opportunities, and client engagements.
Representation: Represent the company at HR tech events, expos, and client training sessions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to drive targeted sales campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience in software, SaaS, or HR technology solutions.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR workflows including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and appraisals.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Professional Skills: Experience conducting client-facing product demos and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
