Sales Executive

Ngao Credit Limited is a non-deposit taking Micro-Finance Institution (MFI), incorporated under the Laws of Kenya, that commenced operations on July 1, 2009. NCL is licensed by the City Council of Nairobi to provide small scale financial services.

Role Description: Sales Executive (Sales Associate)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Nairobi. The core purpose of this role is to drive sales by actively engaging customers, ensuring smooth sales transactions, and maintaining efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers and providing comprehensive product information.
• Processing sales transactions accurately.
• Maintaining an organized and clean store environment.
• Tracking inventory and ensuring shelves are adequately restocked.
• Contributing actively to team sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

• A Diploma qualification is required.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales and product knowledge skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability for teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
