Human Capital Outsourcing Limited is seeking a target-driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing sales leads, and maintaining high-quality relationships with clients and partners to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Support sales initiatives through client presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and documentation for customer accounts.
Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Assist with marketing campaigns including digital and offline promotions.
Support creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and product content.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles. Experience in industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing capabilities.
Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer engagement.
Strong organization, planning, and reporting abilities.
Ability to learn technical product features and articulate their value clearly to customers.
