As a Performance Success Coach, you will be the human pulse of the organization—responsible for activating, energizing, and re-engaging sales representatives at scale. You will turn data into action by reaching out to reps, using activation scripts, delivering encouragement, overcoming objections, and ensuring that every rep stays in momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Activation Outreach & Rep Engagement: Actively reach out to sales representatives to drive activation and ongoing engagement.
Retention & Re-Activation Sprints: Execute Retention Sprints using data provided by the Revenue Analyst (targeting stalled or at-risk reps).
Recognition & High-Morale Touchpoints: Manage recognition activities to maintain high team morale.
Objection Handling & Success Enablement: Respond to representative concerns and provide solutions to help them succeed.
