Job Description
Orchid HR Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to play a vital role in driving sales growth and market penetration within an assigned territory by promoting building material products and services. The role involves delivering revenue targets, managing key distributor accounts, and expanding market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily visits to hardware stores, distributors, contractors, and construction sites.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned county.
Generate orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect outstanding debt and maintain strong credit discipline.
Provide market intelligence on competitor products and pricing to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Convert leads into active clients and secure repeat business.
Manage and grow the company’s presence within the assigned county.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, architects, and distributors.
Provide product information, technical guidance, and after-sales support to clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and client records.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database.
Support local marketing campaigns, activations, and product promotions within the county.
Promote brand awareness through client engagement and field marketing activities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and project acquisition targets.
Collaborate with operations, production, and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing - building materials industry, or a marketing/sales-related role.
Strong negotiation and business development skills.
Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Client relationship management expertise.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
