We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and comfortable conducting outbound sales activities while promoting our digital marketing and social media services.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting: Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
Client identification: Qualify prospects interested in social media marketing.
Pipeline management: Build and maintain a healthy flow of opportunities.
Service presentation: Communicate the company’s value proposition to decision-makers.
Client education: Explain the benefits of organic social media marketing and content creation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Advanced conversational English (B2+/C1) – essential for interacting with U.S. clients.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales BPO.
Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
