Role Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
High-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Execution of multi-channel strategies to reach potential clients.
Lead qualification based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
CRM management: update and maintain records accurately in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
Achieve activity and conversion targets consistently.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of sales opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles (SDR, call center, outbound).
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
Language: Fluent English (oral and written).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
