About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and excels at building connections, generating opportunities, and delivering results. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients
- Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Build rapport with prospects and identify business needs
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND degree qualification
- 2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, call center sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting)
- Advanced or fluent English (C1+) with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
