Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you will help customers choose the right vehicle based on their needs and budget, conduct vehicle demonstrations, explain features and financing options, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Helping customers choose the right car based on their needs and budget
Explaining vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Managing and following up on leads from online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals
Conducting test drives and offering professional vehicle demonstrations
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
Preparing sales agreements, documentation, and maintaining CRM updates
Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying updated on market trends
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree qualification (BA/BSc/HND)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A strong customer service mindset
A high level of self-motivation and goal orientation
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
