Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new clients for the company.
Market and sell financial products, with a primary focus on logbook loans.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Actively follow up on leads and successfully close sales.
Ensure proper loan documentation is completed and compliant with company policy.
Consistently meet and exceed set monthly sales targets.
Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (this is considered an added advantage).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
Previous sales experience, particularly in financial services, is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
