Sales Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, recommending products, achieving sales targets, and managing both offline and online customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer Service & Sales:

  • Welcome and assist customers professionally.
  • Recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and gadgets based on customer needs.
  • Explain product features, specifications, warranties, and promotions.
  • Upsell accessories, protection plans, and complementary products.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Lead Management & Customer Engagement:

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through social media channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), as well as via calls and SMS.
  • Support online order processing and customer follow-ups.
  • Encourage customer reviews and referrals.

• Store & Stock Management:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
  • Assist in stock counts and inventory management.
  • Ensure demo devices are functioning properly.
  • Support opening and closing procedures.

• Administration & Compliance:

  • Create simple product videos or content when required.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and receipt issuance.
  • Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Qualifications: BA/BSc/HND, Diploma, First School Leaving Certificate, or KCSE.
• Strong interest in smartphones, Android tablets, and tech accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for technology and consumer electronics.
