Sales and Marketing Manager

Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced to drive overall business growth, shape marketing and brand strategy, and provide leadership to the team.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* : Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion and market penetration.\n* : Lead and manage the sales functions to achieve organizational sales targets.\n* : Develop marketing strategies, enhance brand positioning, and elevate the overall customer experience.\n* : Drive digital initiatives and product development to ensure competitiveness in the market.\n* : Provide mentorship, direction, and leadership to build high-performing sales and marketing teams.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage.\n* Professional qualification such as CIM, MSK, or equivalent; membership in a relevant professional body.\n* At least 10 years' experience in banking or microfinance operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
