Gap Recruitment Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive on behalf of our client in the hospitality sector. The primary goal of this role is to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue for food, beverages, events, and conference services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase food, beverage, events, and conference revenue. Drive sales through corporate partnerships, group bookings, and promotional campaigns.
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms and other online channels to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relations: Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing clients.
Facility Promotion: Promote and market the organization's conference facilities and event spaces to corporate and individual clients.
Event Conceptualization: Attract innovative events, themed nights, corporate functions, social gatherings, and other activities to increase customer traffic and revenue.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance against agreed targets.
Representation: Represent the organization professionally in networking events and business development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
Experience: At least three (3) years of relevant sales and marketing experience, with a proven and verifiable track record. Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
Attributes: Creative, innovative, and capable of working independently under sales targets and a performance-based contract.
